Admissions Update: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program
We require your interim high school transcript by March 31, 2012!
Please ask your high school teachers, counselor, vice-principal or principal to provide you with an unofficial interim transcript that includes a final grade or interim grade for English 12, Math/Pre-Calculus 11 and/or 12, Chemistry 11 and/or 12, and Biology 12.
Once you have the interim/or final grades take the document to the principal, vice-principal or counsellor of the school to sign and have the transcript placed in a school envelope and sealed with the school stamp. Send the transcript to Kwantlen via mail or bring it in person to Student Enrolment Services immediately.
Alternatively, print of our interim transcript template and take to your school:
1. Take the form to the school office to have the document copied on to the school’s letterhead.
2. Ask the teachers you need the interim/final grades from to record the marks on the form.
3. Take the completed document to the principal, vice-principal or counsellor of the school to sign.
4. Have the interim transcript placed in a school envelope and have the school seal it with the school stamp.
5. Send to Kwantlen: via mail or in person.
