Graduation Awards
2012 Graduation Awards – Spring Convocation, May 31, 2012
For students who successfully completed their program of study betweenOctober 7, 2011 and May 30, 2012 and have submitted a graduation credential request form and application to attend the convocation ceremony.
Application Deadline: April 16, 2012
Please read the information below carefully before proceeding to the online application:
The online awards application is located by logging into the Kwantlen online self-service system. You will need your Kwantlen Polytechnic University User I.D. (Student Number) and your PIN to access the online awards application.
After logging-in, please follow these steps:
- Click on “Student Menu”
- Click on “Student Awards and Financial Assistance”
- Click on “Award Application”.
- Ensuring that the Application Type you have selected is Graduation Awards, click “Apply” and begin completing the application.
- The George C. Wootton and President’s Outstanding Graduate Awards are also based on volunteer/community/Kwantlen involvement and references from faculty; students must submit documentation to support the online application by supplying the necessary letters of reference for each activity and/or from minimum of one instructor.
- Important – ensure you click on “Yes” to the terms & conditions on the Personal Declaration page in order for your application to be submitted successfully.
Supporting Documentation
Supporting documentation must be hand delivered, received, and marked as supporting documents 'For Graduation Awards", by the Student Awards & Financial Assistance on any Kwantlen campus before the posted deadline.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
