Faculty Labour Management Relations Committee
The LMRC shall serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty and management. All discussions shall be without prejudice.
The Committee’s mandate includes both contractual and non-contractual issues.
As appropriate and as agreed to by the parties, the LMRC may also serve as an appeal body for specific University procedures or decisions not covered by the Collective Agreement.
