How to Apply

Step 01

Apply online now, download a pdf application form, or obtain an International Student Application for Admission form from the International Education Office.

For online applications, the $120.00 non-refundable application fee must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) at the time of application or the application cannot proceed. Please ensure you have the name of the Kwantlen program you are applying for.

Step 02

You must include the following with your application:

• The $120.00 non-refundable application fee
• Official transcripts
• English proficiency test scores, if available
• A copy of your study permit (if you already have one). See www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/index.asp for more information.

Submit paper applications in person to the International Education Office or mail to:

All documents submitted become the property of Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Replaceable documents will not be returned.

Step 03

Submit the International Student Application for Admission form for open access undergraduate programs and upgrading programs by the following deadlines:

Please note that some selective entry programs will have different deadlines. You may confirm these program deadlines with the International Education Office.

All dates are subject to change without notice. If an application start or end date falls on a holiday, then the following business date will apply.
