About Moodle
How to Log in:If you are accessing your Moodle course through myKwantlen, you will be logged in automatically. (Click here for the direct links to Moodle sites for students)
Your User Name is your 9-digit student number.
Your Password is exactly the same one you use to access Register Online/Online Self-Service. (The default password, if you have never changed it, is your birthday in DDMMYY format.)
To change your PIN, you need to go to the Register Online/Online Self-Service menu.
Email:
Instructors will use only your myKwantlen email address for course communication. If you choose to, you can change your myKwantlen email settings to autoforward your mail to a personal email account. Be aware that free email services such as Hotmail have limitations and can be unreliable.

How to Get Help:
Kwantlen's IET Service Desk provides technical support for myKwantlen and Moodle problems. It is important that you provide as much information as you can about the problem (page URL or address where the problem occurs, time of problem, error message received). Provide your full name, your course and instructor's name, and a telephone number or email address that you check frequently.
