President's Challenge Video Series

Did you know that Dr. David Atkinson is quite the exercise fanatic? Dr. Atkinson schedules an hour of exercise every day, even on weekends. He makes no excuses for his obsession and sticks to his exercise schedule every day, "that's how you have to do it otherwise you will just constantly put it aside."

You can expect to see Dr. Atkinson taking time out of his day to hit the gym at the Surrey campus. "That's my hour and I take it. Nothing changes it." Despite terrible knees and recent news that he needs a knee replacement, Dr. Atkinson exercises every day. If a very busy man like Dr. Atkinson can make time for exercise, then what excuse do you have?
