Boot Camp

Women’s Beginner Boot Camp
Get a full body workout during this 1 hour beginner’s boot camp. Strength training is mixed with cardio in various circuits to tone and strengthen your body while burning fat. You will do a range of exercises from push-ups to squats, bicep curls to lunges and everything in between. All workouts can be modified to increase or decrease intensity so this class is perfect for beginners or those wanting a little more challenge.

Flow Yoga
A flowing sequence of postures that synchronizes the breath with movement. This invigorating practice has a strong foundation in Vinyasa with a focus on core strength, breath awareness and key alignment principles. Hip Hop Dance
Hip Hop is a funky, energetic and stylized dance. This class will have all different elements in Hip Hop including old school, popping, uprocking aka breaking foot work and new school dance moves seen on popular music videos. Angela has trained in and performing hip hop for the past 10 years in Vancouver, Los Angeles and New York. All material is broken down so anyone at any level will be able to learn and follow along.

Salsa Dance
Salsa is very flashy, sensual and groovy style of dance. Originating from the Cuban Mambo and influenced by both African and Latin American music, Salsa is Mambo's 'streety' descendant. Both basics and intermediate footwork will be taught in this class. Learn to dance and understand different styles of Latin music including salsa, mambo, cha cha, merenge, bachata and Cuban motions.
