- MultiPass is coming this Fall! MultiPass will be implemented this fall, giving most students access to a multitude of services, including U-Pass (universal transit pass) and a dedicated campus to campus shuttle. - As a result of the September, 2009 referendum, the Kwantlen Student Association has approved the addition or revision of the following fees, to affect any programs or courses beginning January 1, 2011 or later.

- START Volunteer Program fee
- Reboot Computer Service fee
- Peer Counseling fee
- Advocacy Service fee
- Social Justice fee
- Intramurals fee
- Extended Health plan

As of September 2010...
- During Fall 2010 registration, If you are missing a prerequisite or corequisite when you register, in most cases you will receive a warning message that requirements have not been met. However, if you are intending to use your high school grade as a means to meeting a prerequisite, please be advised that prerequisite checking for high school grades will not take place until we’ve received your final high school transcript from the Ministry of Education. This is expected to take place by the end of July 2010.
- Tuition Fees have increased for Fall 2010, visit the Tuition and Fees page of the Kwantlen online calendar for a detailed fee schedule

- If you planned to pay your domestic student registration fees and tuition by credit card, you'll need to do so before August 3rd or choose one of the many other available payment options we offer. As of May 2010...
- The Faculties of Business, Social Science, Humanities and Academic Career Advancement are piloting a new scheduling matrix for the fall semester. Courses in the pilot are being offered in either 3 hour, once a week time blocks, or 1 1/2 hour twice a week time blocks.
- We have improved our e-payment system. In addition to being able to pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express, you can now pay by using Interac online. Interac online is an instant payment available to customers of the Royal Bank, TD Canada Trust, Scotiabank, and Bank of Montreal. Please note: you must have an online banking account at one of these four banks to be able to pay by Interac online. In order to learn more about INTERAC® Online, go to www.interaconline.com/learn.
- Effective for the Summer 2010 semester, international students are no longer required to pay tuition in full before registering for courses. Instead, new international students will pay a $1000 commitment fee and continuing international students will pay a $250 registration deposit to get access to registration. As of January 2010...
- Senate has recently approved a change to the way in which provincially examinable high school grades are recorded. Kwantlen will accept the blended grade (classroom grade + provincial examination grade) OR the classroom grade — whichever is higher — for the purposes of satisfying course prerequisites. Current students wishing to use a higher classroom mark to satisfy prerequisites in Spring 2010 should bring an official copy of their high school transcript to Enrolment Services.

- To facilitate Fall 2009 semester course registration for students who graduated from high-school this year, prerequisite checking was temporarily suspended for selected courses. On Wednesday August 12 at approximately 10pm, registered students who did not meet prerequisites, were dropped from each course for which they did not meet prerequisites.
- Fall Registration is now sooner than you think! Registration for the Fall 2009 Semester begins June 1, 2009.
- Did you know...The Online Self-Service system is now available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week? Find your registration time, register for classes, or check your grades when it works for you!

- Your 2008 Tuition Fee and Education Certificate (T2202A) are now available to print online. You may also print duplicate copies of prior Tuition Fee and Education Certificates (T2202A's) directly from the Kwantlen Online Self-Service system.
As of September 2008...
- Kwantlen is now a university, for information on the changeover from a University College to Kwantlen Polytechnic University visit the university website.
- Would you like to replace your Kwantlen University College credential with Kwantlen Polytechnic University Credential?
During Kwantlen's transition from a University College to Kwantlen Polytechnic University, we continued to issue University College credentials. If you graduated during the transition period and would like to receive a Kwantlen Polytechnic University credential, we are now accepting requests.
If you received a University College credential after the October 12, 2007 convocation ceremonies, you may obtain a Kwantlen Polytechnic University credential, free of charge, provided your request is received by Enrolment and Registrar Services before January 31, 2009.
If you received a Kwantlen credential before the October 12, 2007 convocation, and would like to obtain a Kwantlen Polytechnic University credential, you may request a duplicate credential for a $25 replacement fee.
To submit your request, download and fill out the Credential Request form and bring it in to the Enrolment and Registrar Services Office on any campus.
