Drop-In
Drop-in appointments are offered on the Surrey, Richmond, Langley and Cloverdale campuses each week and consist of 15 minute individual appointments. Students attending drop-ins should prepare specific questions for the Disability Advisor. Drop-ins are not intended to answer lengthy or complex accommodation questions or concerns.

How to Prepare for a Drop-In Appointment
- Prepare specific questions ahead of time
- Bring all the related disability documentation
- Contact a Disability Advisor, well in advance, if an interpreter is required
How to make a Drop-In Appointment
- Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of a drop-in session at Services for Students with Disabilities in the Counselling Centre.
- Write your name on a drop in sign up sheet to see a Disability Advisor
If you have questions, which require more than 15 minutes, you should make a 30–60 minute appointment with a Disability Advisor.
